Described in the Dvadasa Jyotirlinga Stotra as “Paralyam Vaidyanathancha”, the Parali Vaidyanath is revered as one of the 12 Jyotirlingas.
There are three locations of the Parali Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga that are believed by different believers to be the true location:
- Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga, Deogarh, Jharkhand
- Vaijnath temple, Parli, Maharashtra
- Baijnath temple, Baijnath, Himachal Pradesh
